The video moves through six public website views: the French homepage, English homepage, sector navigation, product catalogue, a marine-category filter, and the quotation contact section. No internal systems or performance results are shown.

The challenge

77WINNER needed a clear way for customers to explore its supply offering and a connected system for its team to manage customers, orders, stock, and supplier replenishment across its operation.

The work

  1. 01

Shipped a bilingual public website with sector and product discovery and direct inquiry paths.

  2. 02

Built an internal CRM for customer records, order history, stock products, incoming supplier shipments, and customer invoices tied to orders.

  3. 03

Added customer-retention and marketing workflows that can send relevant updates, including lubricant price changes.

  4. 04

Integrated an AI-assisted low-stock workflow that proposes a supplier reorder and asks a person to approve it before ordering. The CRM then tracks the incoming supply.

  5. 05

Additional Microsoft 365, customer-chatbot, and staff-enablement scope remains in progress; we do not present it as delivered.

The internal CRM / written account

From customer order to replenishment.

The workflow below is described by PYXAX. The video above shows the public website only.

77WINNER used the CRM to bring customer relationships and lubricant supply into the same operation. It kept customer and order records, invoices, product stock, supplier activity, and follow-up messaging together.

  1. 01 / Customer

    Keep the relationship in view.

Customer records and order history gave the team context for follow-up. Retention and marketing workflows could send relevant updates, including changes in lubricant prices.

  2. 02 / Order

    Issue the invoice.

The CRM recorded customer orders and connected them to invoices sent to customers. The order history remained available when a customer needed information again.

  3. 03 / Stock

    Review before reordering.

Product stock was tracked in the CRM. When lubricants ran low, an integrated AI assistant proposed a supplier reorder and requested staff approval. It did not make an unchecked purchase.

  4. 04 / Supply

    Track what comes in.

Following approval, the team could place the order with its supplier and track incoming lubricants. The workflow connected replenishment with the stock record.
